Commuters' Guide to Bulacan Projects(MGV, Dolmar, Borland and Residencia)

How To Go To: Marilao Grand Villas(MGV), Dolmar Panorama, Kelsey Hills, Golden Hills Marilao, Selera, North Fairways, Golden Hills Sta Maria, Residencia de Muzon  

• From D.Jose Manila (via NLEX)

1. Bus Station is beside D. Jose LRT, near Mang Inasal.  Take a bus ride (aircon/ordinary) route must be going to Muzon, SJDM, Sapang Palay.  MUZON is the keyword location
2. The bus will be enroute to A. Bonifacio, via NLEX
3. off to Marilao Exit and will traverse to SJDM-Marilao Road.
4. Landmarks SJDM-Marilao Road - you will pass Marilao Exit, Vitarich (left), Divine Mercy (Right), Hidden Sanctuary (Left)
5. Just tell the bus conductor that you will be alighting in this subd (anyway the 3 subd are just along the road of Marilao-SJDM Hway
6. Landmarks - 

Marilao Grand villas (Bgy Loma de Gato)_right side - with police station and barangay hall in the gate entrance. Yellow guard
Dolmar Panorama (Bgy Loma de Gato)_right side - along the road now with subdivion gate with name on it.
Dolmar Golden Hills Marilao_right side - get off at Loma de Gato Visita kapilya and take a tricycle ride going to the subd.
Kelsey Hills (Muzon)_left side- you will pass Lasallete School (right), Caltex and Petron (right) and it is infront of JARMETTH Academy (right) Subdivion gate with name on it. This is already Muzon commercial proper area.
North Fairways  (right side)- From Muzon Crossing lakad ka ng paleft; take a jeep ride bago dumating ng simbahan tell the driver ibaba ka sa North Fairways. Landmark it is infront of Allied Steel
Selera (left side) - From Muzon Crossing lakad ka ng paleft ; take a jeep ride bago dumating ng simbahan tell the driver ibaba ka sa Selera. Landmark may kubong kainan dito at lalagpas sa isang malaking mansion. Madadaanan muna ang North Fairways
Golden Hills Sta Maria - Same way as Selera and North Fairways, hindi ko lang alam saan baba.
Residencia de Muzon (right side)- from Muzon proper sa crossing lakad ka ng paright, sa tapat ng Simplicity Grocery at Chicboy katabi ng Iglesia ni Cristo sakay ka ng pa jeep paTungko, pababa ka na lang sa Driver along the hway ito sa right side.

• From Balintawak, Clover Leaf Market Quezon City (via Nlex)

7. Along A. Bonifacio Hway,this is near the jeepney station of Nova Bayan - take Santrans route must be going to Muzon, SJDM, Sapang Palay.  MUZON is the keyword location
8. Follow instructions - 2 to 6

• From Centris Quezon Avenu, Quezon City (FX) (via Nlex)

9. Take an FX Ride going to Marilao, this will traverse EDSA
10. Once you reach Marilao Exit, you will pass on Duhat marker (right), Marilao City Hall (right), tell the fx driver that you will alight at Vitarich, may dead end dun yung parang horse ranch na may big tarp ng Dolmar Panorama and also na may malaking marker ng "To San Jose and To Mac Arthur"
11. Take a jeep going to Muzon (note wag sasakay ng Karla or Prenza and signage kasi hindi ito aabot ng Loma de Gato)
12.  Follow instructions - 4 to 6

• From Mac Arthur Hway

14. SM Marilao -  Take a jeep going to Muzon (note wag sasakay ng Karla or Prenza and signage kasi hindi ito aabot ng Loma de Gato)
15. From Tabing Ilog Market - follow No. 14

• From  SM North, Quezon City (FX) (via Nlex)-ito medyo malayo paikot kasi sa NLEX meycauayan exit and daan nito at SM Marilao ang baba mo.

16. Take an FX Ride going to Marilao, this will traverse EDSA, this will exit at NLEX Meycauayan Exit and you will unload at SM Marilao.
17. Follow no. 14

• From Monumento (via Nlex)

18. Take a jeepney ride enroute to Balintawak Ilalim, tell them ibaba ka sa sakayan ng Santrans
19. Follow instruction No. 7-8

• From SM Fairview

20. Take a jeep or bus ride going to Tungko
21. Alight at Jollibee Tungko, then tawid ka, may sakayan dun papuntang Muzon Proper.  Madadaanan mo ang: Grotto (right), Grotto Vista (left), memorial cemetery.
22. Instruction -
For Residencia - left side sya along the road, just tell the driver.
For Selera, North Fairways and Golden Hills - baba ka sa may Simplicity Market (MUzon Proper), then tawid ka diretso sa crossing. take a jeep ride bago dumating ng simbahan tell the driver kung saan ka ibaba (refer to Instruction No 6)
For Marilao Grand Villas, Dolmar Panorama and Dolmar Panorama - - baba ka sa may Simplicity Market (MUzon Proper), then lakad ka paright duns a may Santrans Bus Station, makalagpas ng Kairos Hospital may jeepney station dun papunta sa SM Marilao.  Follow Instruction No. 6 kaya lang pabaliktad na ang orientation mo since sa kabilang side ka manggagaling, when I say right sa No. 6 for this No.22 left sya coz you are coming on the other side ng SJDM-Marilao Road.
For Kelsey Hills - - baba ka sa may Simplicity Market (MUzon Proper), lakas ng paleft, lalagpas ka ng palengke (left), Mercury at RCBC Bank (right), isang furniture store (left) then on the right andun na ang Kelsey.
